To Become a Patient
Scheduling a new patient appointment is easy.
For Seattle: Simply click here to request an appointment or call the office at 206-588-1227.
Once your request is received, you will receive instructions for scheduling an appointment, payment, and you will receive policies, a new patient intake questionnaire, and some forms to return before your first appointment.
At your first visit, which is 90 minutes, we will discuss your symptoms, health concerns, medical, family, and personal history, your nutrition and diet, exercise and sleep habits, as well as any other information that will help me to understand the factors contributing to your health concerns. We will also review any previous lab testing or medical records from your primary or specialty physicians, so bring these with you if you have them. You will also have a physical exam as well as ample time to ask any questions.
At the end of the visit, I will recommend any relevant lab tests and suggest an initial health plan that will begin to move you to your health goals.
By your second appointment, which is typically 4-6 weeks after the first, we will review the results of any laboratory testing as well as how things have improved since the initial appointment, at which time I will further personalize treatment program. After the second visit, you can expect to follow up in one month to review your progress on the program. This and future visits are usually 30 minutes long, based on your needs and the complexity of your conditions.

For Port Townsend: Call Prosper Natural Health at 360-385-5375 to make an appointment. The above process will be very similar.
Accepted Payments
PayPal and most major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Option 1: Cash or Out of Network Provider
All payments for services are due at the time of your appointment. We will not bill your insurance directly. This allows us to provide detailed and personalized care for every patient without the limitations that insurance imposes on providers. If your insurance covers the services that you received in our clinic, I will provide you with the necessary paperwork needed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for your appointment. Most insurance companies in Washington State are required to cover naturopathic medicine and acupuncture, though coverage benefits can vary from plan to plan.

Option 2: Follow up with Telemedicine
I will need to see you physically the first time I work with you. All follow up appointments can be scheduled via phone. I offer this to all my patients for convenience, as your time is important and life can be stressful.
